These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and Wintown88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at wintown88.cam and all associated gaming services, products, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Wintown88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. • "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform by a User.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.

• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds from a Player into their Account via an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal access is granted.
• "MYR / RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency in which all Platform transactions are denominated.
• "Platform" means the Wintown88 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated gaming services accessible at wintown88.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the use of Wintown88's services is illegal or restricted under applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a Player's Account to an approved payment method registered to that Player.

To register and maintain an Account on the Wintown88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Wintown88 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on this Platform. This is a firm requirement and will not be waived under any circumstances.
2. You must be accessing the Platform as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative of any third party.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion request, whether submitted through Wintown88 or any affiliated responsible gambling programme.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of Wintown88 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4.1  Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to open and maintain one (1) Account only. The operation of multiple accounts, whether in the same name, the same IP address, the same device, or the same household, is strictly prohibited. Wintown88 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without notice.

4.2  Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and payment details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.3  KYC Verification. Wintown88 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide, promptly upon request, the following documents:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad / NRIC, Driver's License, or Passport).
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• A selfie photograph holding your photo ID adjacent to your face.
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet or bank account statement).

4.4  Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must notify Wintown88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. Wintown88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

4.5  Verification Timeframe. Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals remain on hold until verification is complete. Wintown88 reserves the right to extend verification timelines where additional checks are required.

5.1  Approved Payment Methods. Wintown88 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following verified Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Visa/Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin / USDT). The list of accepted methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5.2  Currency. All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the confirmed transaction. Wintown88 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.3  Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is RM30, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.

5.5  Withdrawal Ownership. Wintown88 will only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.6  Charges & Fees. Wintown88 does not charge platform-level transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals in MYR. However, your payment provider may apply its own processing charges. Wintown88 accepts no responsibility for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

5.7  Suspicious Transactions. Wintown88 reserves the right to suspend or delay any deposit or withdrawal that it has reasonable grounds to believe is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Relevant transactions may be reported to applicable authorities.

6.1  General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by Wintown88 are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

6.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a standard wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.

6.3  Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. No compensation will be provided for expired bonuses.

6.4  Bonus Abuse. The exploitation of bonuses through irregular or artificial wagering patterns, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion constitutes bonus abuse. Wintown88 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and bar the player from future promotional participation where abuse is identified.

6.5  Promotional Eligibility. Wintown88 reserves the right to restrict or exclude any player from participating in any promotion at its sole discretion, including where previous abuse or fraudulent behaviour has been identified.

6.6  Migration Bonus. Players who switch to Wintown88 from another platform and participate in the Brand Migration Programme are subject to the specific terms of that programme, which are made available upon application. Migration bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Wintown88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account on their behalf without their consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to access or use the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical glitches to make wagers or obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been available. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned.
• Collusion with other players, casino personnel, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity or for the purpose of converting illegally obtained funds.
• Engaging in, or facilitating, underage gambling or allowing a third party to access your Account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Wintown88 staff or other users.

8.1 All content on the Wintown88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of Wintown88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of Wintown88.

8.3 The Wintown88 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.

9.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Wintown88 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its content.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wintown88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, delay, or error in the Platform's operation; (c) unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials; or (d) the outcome of any wager placed on the Platform.

9.3 Gambling involves risk. By using the Platform you acknowledge and accept that you may lose all funds deposited into your Account. Wintown88 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit Wintown88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Wintown88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable, controlled form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

10.1  Age Verification. All players must be 21 years of age or older. Wintown88 employs KYC verification to confirm player age. Any Account found to belong to an underage player will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the deposit source.

10.2  Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a permanent exclusion. Requests should be submitted to our support team. During an active self-exclusion period, Wintown88 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing their Account.

10.3  Deposit & Loss Limits. Players may set personal deposit limits and loss limits from their Account settings. These tools are designed to help players manage their spending responsibly. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

11.1 Wintown88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected; (c) a self-exclusion request has been identified; or (d) closing the Account is required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

11.2 In the event of Account closure due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining Account balance may be forfeited in full. In all other cases of Account closure, verified real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the Wintown88 support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, Wintown88 will process the request within five (5) business days.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Wintown88 holds its international online gaming licence. Specific jurisdictional details are available upon request from our support team.

12.2 In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact Wintown88 in writing to seek an informal resolution. Wintown88 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes within 30 calendar days of receiving written notification.

12.4 Nothing in this clause shall limit your statutory rights under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

Wintown88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a notification on the Platform or via the email address registered to your Account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure immediately.
